THE TRANSFORMATION CYCLE — From Waste to Value
A Path to Complete Regeneration
Turning waste into a resource is at the heart of our commitment to a sustainable future. Every stage of our production cycle is designed to regenerate organic matter, reducing environmental impact and return value to the land.
1. Reception and Pre-treatment
Organic materials are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality in process. Through advanced mechanical technologies, the materials are prepared and homogenized, creating ideal conditions for the biological transformation.
2. Active Bio-Oxidation
In this stage, natural microorganisms work in synergy with a high oxygen input, initiating the bio-oxidation process. This is the moment where the organic material "comes alive": the temperature rises and the thermophilic phase begins, the beating heart of biological regeneration.
3. Aerobic Composting
Once sanitized, the organic materials enter the controlled stabilization phase. Through a natural aerobic process, the material gradually transforms into a high-quality organic soil amendment, completing the mesophilic phase of the cycle.
4. Refinement and Quality Control
After maturation, the material undergoes screening and laboratory analysis to ensure purity, safety and compliance with strictest standards. Only batches that pass all tests proceed to the next phase.
5. Safe Storage and Distribution
Finished product is stored under optimal conditions, tracked at every stage and ready to be reintroduced into the agricultural cycle. In this way, what was once waste becomes life, fertility and value for the land.
